Denton Clinical Psychology
Compassionate, evidence-based therapy to improve quality of life
Our Services
At Denton Clinical Psychology, we specialise in assessing and treating mental health concerns in children, adolescents, and adults. We provide individually tailored, evidence-based therapy informed by research, with the aim of reducing distress and improving wellbeing.
We use approaches such as Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and offer a range of appointment times to support accessibility.
Our Psychologists
Our clinical psychologists are compassionate, highly-qualified professionals who are dedicated to helping you live a meaningful and fulfilling life.
Each psychologist holds a post-graduate qualification in clinical psychology and has extensive experience working across a range of mental health presentations. During your initial assessment, your psychologist will discuss your goals and explain how therapy can support your needs.
Our Practice
Dr Fiona J Denton founded Denton Clinical Psychology in 2005. The practice grew through word of mouth over the next few years, and by 2013 moved into its current larger premises to accommodate the growing number of referrals.
The aim of the practice has always been to provide a safe and accepting space for exploring life’s challenges, and to give people the tools to effectively deal with their psychological and emotional issues.
It is our priority to help all clients feel comfortable with their therapist and with how sessions proceed. Denton Clinical Psychology is a professional yet warm and accepting practice, from the psychologists to the administrative staff to the atmosphere and furnishings. We welcome any enquiries so please contact us at your convenience.
