Our services

We provide expert assessment and treatment of mental health issues in children, adolescents and adults. We are committed to providing therapy that is individually-tailored and based on extensive research, so that the therapy is as effective as possible in reducing or eliminating symptoms. Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) are two such therapies that we use. There are a range of appointment times, including after-hours time slots.
